José Herrera is a proven project engineer. With experience in process planning, leading bidder discussions and construction supervision on an international level, he has enriched the team for more than 10 years.

Katharina Backes has been an integral part of our team for 15 years. Not only is the graduate biologist a valued project engineer today, but she has also played a major role in the current appearance of our company by creating a quality management system and redesigning our homepage.

Raphael Thies started 15 years ago as a trainee at Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure GmbH. After 10 years of working as a project engineer, he finally took over the management in 2017 and since then successfully leads the company with more than 25 employees.
