Fourth biogas plant in construction in China, Jiaozuo

With the biogas plant in Jiaozuo, Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure GmbH has the fourth construction site in China. This is already the third biogas plant which is constructed in cooperation with the Chinese company Beijing Fairyland Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. In addition to the plants in Qinhuangdao and Wuhu, a biogas plant for the digestion of organic waste is now under construction in a third province of China, in Henan province. With this, China becomes an important biogas market for the well-known engineering office in Goettingen.This biogas plant will be mainly operated with kitchen waste. The produced biogas will be upgraded to bio-methane.The two digesters are made of welded steel and have a volume of 1,500 m³ each. Start-up of the biogas plant will be in spring 2018.
